Domick 12 month Warranty Terms and Conditions The Domick products supplied, form part of the Australian Consumer Law. Purchased Domick products, will receive a 12 month limited replacement warranty. Should the product prove to be defective, you can choose to make a claim by contacting us via email on contact@domick.com.au Procedure of warranty claim; Contact Domick technical support on contact@domick.com.au detailing any faults with the product Goods will need to be send back to us at your own cost together with a copy of proof of purchase to; Domick Australia P.O Box 201 Hallam VIC, 3803 Domick will then proceed to assess the products technical issues and will endeavour to replace the product within 30 days of receiving the product. The Domick 12 month limited warranty would be void if the following occurs; 1. Product has been dropped at any hight 2. Product has evidence of physical damage e.g cracked screen and/or dents and/or any visible damage to the unit 3.
